These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.prodevtrainingservices.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by ProDev Training Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All photographs and images displayed on the Site are used under one or more of the following bases:

• Owned by ProDev Training Services.
• Licensed from third-party stock photo providers.
• Created originally by our in-house design team.

Trainers, trainees, and any individuals featured in our photos have provided consent permitting ProDev Training Services to use their likenesses for promotional and educational purposes.

4. User Conduct

When you access or use the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to commit illegal acts.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Site.
• Interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit testimonials, comments, or other content to the Site:

• ou grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content.
• You represent and warrant you have all rights and permissions to grant this license.
• We may remove or refuse to post any content for any reason.
