CIAC – Clark International Airport Corporation

Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) is a government-owned entity under the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). It oversees the Clark Civil Aviation Complex, a 2,367-hectare aviation hub within the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, Philippines. CIAC’s primary role is to develop, operate, manage, and maintain this complex, which includes Clark International Airport (CRK) and various aviation-related businesses.

CIAC focuses on aviation, logistics, commerce, and urban development, contributing to national economic growth. While the airport itself is privately operated by Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) Corp, CIAC continues to regulate and supervise activities within the aviation complex.
